Focusing on body awareness and being present in the moment our classes are a blend of Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga to build strength, flexibility and balance alongside pranayama (breathing techniques) and meditation to relax the mind. No previous experience of paddleboarding or yoga is needed, this is a truly adaptable practice available to all.
