When the weather permits we like to take our Yoga sessions outdoors around Crystal Lake!

Our Yoga Classes

Our Yoga sessions are a blend of Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga to build flexibility and strength in the body, clear and focus the mind and calm the entire being.
Each session is 1hr.
Suitable for all abilities from your first class onwards.
Offered as a block of 6 sessions, where you will attend each week - recommended for your weekly exercise and wellbeing routine.
Or you can book single sessions as you go (subject to availability).

Sessions will be indoors in our Wellbeing Barn (small groups), with the option of outdoor sessions through the Summer, where we are spoilt for choice as to where we choose to practice around Crystal Lake.

1-1 Yoga

Yoga on a one to one basis in person at Crystal Lake View Therapies. Samantha will work with you on what you want to achieve and create a bespoke session for you. This could be an outdoor or indoor session (weather dependent). Suitable for all abilities, this session is a blend of Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga to build flexibility and strength in the body, clear and focus the mind and calm the entire being.

Booking and Prices

Bookings to be made online via our booking system (click BOOK YOGA below). If you can't find what you are looking for contact us and we will do our best to assist.

Terms and Conditions apply. Our t&c's are detailed on our booking form, when you book you are ticking a box to say you have read and agreed to our t&c's.

  • Group sessions are booked as blocks of 6, please book before the first date of the block.
  • Single sessions are subject to availability.
  • Classes are mixed ability and suitable for complete beginners
  • Classes are suitable for 18 years and over
  • Select the Yoga 1-1 option for a session to yourself
  • Yoga equipment is provided, but feel free to bring your own
  • Recommended equipment/clothing for Yoga detailed below

Rescheduling/Cancelling a booking:

  • Block bookings - option is not available.
  • Single session or 1-1 bookings - we require 72hrs notice for rescheduling/cancelling your session, which you can do via your booking confirmation email.

What to bring

You can wear regular work out or yoga clothing, something you are comfortable in and layers are good so you can add or remove depending on how warm or cool you feel during the session.
No shoes allowed in the Wellbeing Barn, so you may wish to wear socks with grippy bottoms or go barefoot.
You may wish to bring a blanket for use during savasana.

Do bring a bottle of water with you (stay hydrated).
Do bring a towel, useful for brow wiping.
If you have your own exercise/yoga mat and equipment please feel free to bring these with you.
