Inspired by the vibrant energy and symbolism of Día de los Muertos (Day of the Dead), this immersive session blends Hatha and Vinyasa yoga with exclusively composed music and atmospheric visuals, crafted to awaken the senses and honour the beauty of life and remembrance.
Your Session Includes
Hatha & Vinyasa Yoga
A 1 hour fusion of Hatha and Vinyasa yoga, flowing between grounding postures and gentle movement. A group class suitable for all levels.
Exclusive Music & Visuals
Practise to exclusively composed music, with atmospheric Día de los Muertos visuals shown on our 200 inch screen for a truly immersive experience.
A Drink to Suit the Occasion
Round off your practice with a themed drink to celebrate the evening.
Dress the Part (Optional)
Costumes, face paint or accessories inspired by the theme are warmly welcomed, but entirely optional. Mats are provided, so just bring yourself, an open heart and a sense of wonder.
