Our Halloween Special is back. Spooky Sauna & Dip gives you a full hour of contrast therapy in the dark, with the lake lit by atmospheric decorative lighting for the season.
Move between the deep warmth of the sauna and the cold, dark waters of Crystal Lake for an evening that leaves you feeling completely alive and reset. Spooky, yes. Relaxing, absolutely.
Your Session Includes
Sauna & Lake Dip in the Dark
A full hour of contrast therapy, alternating between the heat of the sauna and a cold dip in Crystal Lake, all set under Halloween decorative lighting after dark.
Cold Rinse Shower
A cold rinse shower and tap next to the sauna, so you can clean your feet off after each dip before heading back into the heat.
Suggested Rhythm
As a guide, contrast therapy works well as 10 minutes in the sauna followed by 2 minutes in the lake, then repeat, with rest in between as required. Go at your own pace and never push yourself further than feels comfortable.
What To Bring
Your swimsuit or trunks, plus two towels: one to sit on in the sauna and one to dry off with after your lake dips.
Age Guidance
This session is for ages 16 and over. Under 18s must be accompanied by a participating adult.
