Sunset Yoga
Our Yoga sessions are a blend of Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga to build flexibility and strength in the body, clear and focus the mind and calm the entire being.
Each session is 1hr.
Suitable for all abilities from your first class onwards.
Weather permitting our special evening Yoga class will be held outdoors in a beautiful spot overlooking Crystal Lake. Otherwise we have a stunning indoor space with a view.
