Festive Sauna & Lake Dip – A Sparkly Night of Contrast Therapy

This Christmas season, embrace the warmth of winter wellness with a magical evening of sauna and lake dip contrast therapy at Ocean Walker Academy and Crystal Lake. Experience the rejuvenating balance of heat and cold as our sauna glows like a cozy winter cabin and the lake sparkles under the crisp December sky.

To set the festive scene, the academy and lakeside will be adorned with twinkling lights, Christmas decorations, and a sprinkle of seasonal cheer — creating a tranquil, joyful atmosphere to refresh both body and spirit.

After your session, warm up in our Relaxation Dome with log burner, where festive refreshments will be available until 8:30pm.
