Immersive Yoga - AIR

A unique experience bringing together moving images, sound, light and a carefully curated yoga practice to bring about a sense of wellbeing.

Each evening will have a different theme reflected in both the ambience and the yoga itself.

THEME: AIR

Savasana includes aromatherapy essential oil inhalations and pressure points on the forehead to compliment the events theme (optional).

Relax with a hot drink afterwards in our beautiful wellbeing barn or take your drink outside to awaken in the fresh air and ground on the earth by The Crystal Lake.

This event is open to all abilities and will include breathwork and meditation alongside the physical asana.
