SUP Yoga was one of the most amazing things I have ever done! Having never done paddle boarding before but dabbled in different yoga classes, I was convinced I would end up in the lake numerous times, however didn’t fall in once!

Sam, our instructor was so patient with us, explaining exactly how to be on the paddle board for it to stay as stable as possible. It had rained earlier in the day and so the overflow of the waterfall was on which made the whole session extremely therapeutic.

Sam guided us through an amazing yoga session from sitting, to kneeling and at one point standing, and took lots of pictures along the way, which was great at the end to see what we had accomplished! She spoke through each move so well that you didn’t need to see her, you could just keep your eyes shut and stay relaxed moving into each position.

I would recommend this to anyone who enjoys yoga, paddle boarding or even meditation, as it really keep you in the present moment. It’s one to tick off the bucket list for sure!
