The Restore Retreat is a full day of guided restoration set beside the breathtaking waters of Crystal Lake on the edge of the Lincolnshire Wolds. Designed for all abilities, whether you’ve never tried yoga or you’ve been practicing for years, this is your day to slow down, breathe deeply and come home to yourself.

Welcome Drink
We commence with a nice, light, healthy welcome drink to enjoy whilst settling in to your new surroundings and preparing for the day ahead.
Morning Yoga
A gentle, restorative yoga session to ease open the body and quiet the mind. Suitable for complete beginners and experienced practitioners alike.
Sauna and Lake Dip
Step in to the warmth of our outdoor barrel sauna and relax your body and mind. Followed by an optional dip to refresh in the beautiful Crystal Lake; one of the most powerful tools available for mental clarity, mood and physical recovery. Guided safely by our instructor, each dip leaves you feeling completely alive, reset and restored.
Nourishing Lunch
A beautiful, wholesome lunch included in the heart of your day, giving you time to connect, reflect and recharge.
Mindful Walk with Fire Ritual
A slow, intentional walk around our stunning grounds and alongside an ancient Lincolnshire woodland, followed by a grounding fire ritual to release what no longer serves you. Deeply symbolic and surprisingly powerful.
Guided Meditation with Crystal Healing
Close your day with a deeply calming guided meditation using our own Calcite crystals, excavated right here from Crystal Lake during its creation in 2020. A genuinely unique experience you won’t find anywhere else, followed by a refreshing selection of herbal teas to help reawaken you before floating home.
Set against the stunning backdrop of a private 7 acre lake surrounded by ancient woodland in the Lincolnshire Wolds, just a short drive from Lincoln, Market Rasen and the surrounding area.
