DESCRIPTION:Full Moon Sauna & Lake Dip\nContrast therapy under the stars at Crystal Lake \n\nOur Full Moon Special takes the Sauna & Lake Dip experience and moves it into the dark\, lit only by soft decorative lighting around the water. \nYou’ll have a full hour to move between the heat of the sauna and the cold of the lake\, easing tension away and feeling completely alive under an open night sky. \n\nYour Session Includes\n\nSauna & Lake Dip\nA full hour of contrast therapy\, alternating between the warmth of the sauna and a cold dip in Crystal Lake\, all lit by decorative lighting after dark. \n\n\nCold Rinse & Facilities\nA cold rinse shower and tap next to the sauna to clean your feet off after each dip\, plus outdoor seating areas to relax between rounds. \n\n\nSuggested Rhythm\nAs a guide\, contrast therapy works well as 10 minutes in the sauna followed by 2 minutes in the lake\, repeated as many times as you like within your hour\, with rest in between as required. Never push yourself further than feels comfortable. \n\n\nWhat To Bring\nYour swimsuit or trunks\, plus two towels\, one to sit on in the sauna and a separate one to dry off after the lake. Flip flops or slip on shoes are recommended for getting to and from the water\, and a robe is optional. \n\n\nAge Guidance\nThis session is for ages 16 and over.
