Meet your hosts and fellow retreat-ers.\n\n\n10:30 – 11:30\nMorning Yoga FlowGently stretch and warm the body with a softly uplifting morning yoga practice. Begins with a short meditation to set your intentions\, followed by tension-releasing asana and slowly warming sun salutations. Uplifting essential oils are applied to the temples during savasana.\n\n\n11:30 – 12:30\nOpen Water Swim / SaunaDip your toes\, float\, or swim in the blue crystal-charged water of The Crystal Lake. If swimming isn’t for you\, our Barrel Sauna will be toasty and ready. The lake bed is covered with calcite and septarian crystals\, infusing the water with calming and uplifting energies that aid relaxation and support transformation.\n\n\n12:30 – 14:30\nLunch and Free TimeA delicious buffet-style lunch with pastas\, salads\, and sweet treats.
