We combined them. \nSUP Yoga at Crystal Lake is a one-hour session blending Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga on a stand up paddleboard\, set on the calm\, natural waters of our Lincolnshire lake. Each class weaves together movement\, strength and flexibility work alongside pranayama breathing techniques and meditation\, leaving you feeling both energised and completely at ease. \nPractising on the water adds a whole new dimension to your yoga. The board responds to every movement\, quietly deepening your focus and body awareness in a way that a studio floor simply can’t replicate. DESCRIPTION:Our Guided Meditations with Crystal Healing\nNo previous experience in meditation or crystals required.\nGroup Sessions\nThis is a relaxing\, fun and informative session with our session leader Sam taking you through a guided meditation with your chosen Crystal.\n\nIntroduction to the crystals found here at the Crystal Lake\nBreath work to calm and focus the mind\nGuidence on choosing the crystal you would like to work with from our collection\nFull guided meditation\nTime to ground\, relax\, journal or chat if you wish\n\nCalcite\, Aragonite and Septarian crystals are laid out around our relaxing wellness barn to offer support and healing during the meditation session.
