SUMMARY:NIGHT SAUNA & LAKE DIP - HALLOWEEN
DESCRIPTION:Spooky Sauna & Lake Dip\nHalloween contrast therapy after dark at Crystal Lake \n\nOur Halloween Special is back. Spooky Sauna & Dip gives you a full hour of contrast therapy in the dark\, with the lake lit by atmospheric decorative lighting for the season. \nMove between the deep warmth of the sauna and the cold\, dark waters of Crystal Lake for an evening that leaves you feeling completely alive and reset. Spooky\, yes. Relaxing\, absolutely. \n\nYour Session Includes\n\nSauna & Lake Dip in the Dark\nA full hour of contrast therapy\, alternating between the heat of the sauna and a cold dip in Crystal Lake\, all set under Halloween decorative lighting after dark. \n\n\nCold Rinse Shower\nA cold rinse shower and tap next to the sauna\, so you can clean your feet off after each dip before heading back into the heat. \n\n\nSuggested Rhythm\nAs a guide\, contrast therapy works well as 10 minutes in the sauna followed by 2 minutes in the lake\, then repeat\, with rest in between as required. Go at your own pace and never push yourself further than feels comfortable. \n\n\nWhat To Bring\nYour swimsuit or trunks\, plus two towels: one to sit on in the sauna and one to dry off with after your lake dips. \n\n\nAge Guidance\nThis session is for ages 16 and over. Under 18s must be accompanied by a participating adult. \n\n\nSteam rising off the sauna\, a dark lake glowing under Halloween lights\, and the crisp October air. There’s no better way to spend Halloween night. \nSaturday 31st October · two sessions available \n\n\n£25 per person \n1 hour session · Ages 16+ \n18:00 to 19:00 or 19:15 to 20:15 \nBook Your Session
