SUMMARY:Chakra Balance
DESCRIPTION:Chakra Balance Sound Bath & Guided Meditation with Calcite Crystals\nSome evenings deserve to be given entirely to yourself. \nThis 90-minute session combines the ancient practice of sound healing with a guided chakra meditation\, held in the tranquil surroundings of Crystal Lake View Therapies in the Lincolnshire countryside. It is one of our most popular offerings – and one of the most quietly transformative. \nWhat happens in the session\nYou will be guided into a state of deep relaxation as the resonant frequencies of Crystal Singing Bowls wash over you – each bowl tuned to correspond with one of the body’s seven chakra energy centres. As the sound does its work\, Calcite Crystals are incorporated into the experience\, their natural energy amplifying the process of release\, clarity\, and rebalancing. \nA guided meditation runs throughout\, offering a structured journey inward – helping to quiet mental noise\, release stored tension\, and restore a genuine sense of energetic harmony. \nYou do not need any prior experience of meditation or sound healing to benefit. The session meets you exactly where you are. \nWhat you may experience\n\nDeep physical relaxation and relief from accumulated stress\nCleansing and rebalancing across all seven chakras\nMental clarity and a quietening of anxious thought\nEmotional release and a restored sense of inner calm\nA profound sense of renewal that carries well beyond the session itself\n\nAbout the crystals\nCalcite Crystals are known for their powerful amplifying properties. Used intentionally within this session\, they support the clearing of stagnant energy and help deepen the meditative state – making this more than a sound bath\, and more than a meditation. It is both\, working together. \nPractical information\n\nDuration: 90 minutes\nPrice: £25 per person\nSuitable for all levels – complete beginners very welcome\nComfortable\, loose clothing recommended\nPlease arrive a few minutes early to settle in\n\n BOOK NOW!!!
